Knowing how to gather the right information and data and rework it into a price tag is the first step in getting someone to listen to you. Getting your basic skills right is crucial in achieving this.
As an HR professional you can participate in our program “Preparing HR to work in a data driven way” consisting of 3 modules or you can take the 3 modules as an individual 2 day course “Working with numbers”, “Putting a price tag on a problem” and “Story telling in HR”.
If you have already have been part of our program “HR working in a data driven way” or you have experience in working with numbers or need some coaching we have several courses “One to one coaching building a business case”, “superuser preparing a business case” or “how to build a dashboard”. You could also have a look at our Learning Nuggets or 2-hour inspirational sessions about “HR of the Future”.
Coaching & sparring
There will be plenty of coaching resources while building your skills working on specific anonymized cases from companies around the world. In each module you will immediately get guidance and feedback from peers working with you in small groups and from our experienced trainers and facilitators.
Furthermore, our one-to-one coaching on your personal company case will ensure that you bring immediate value to yourself and for your company. Via the intensive coaching for tangible results, we raise your confidence of working data-driven and accelerate the ability to apply this in practice.
