In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, managers are increasingly bombarded with a wealth of data from various sources. With the integration of AI, this influx has grown exponentially.
Our ‘manager acceleration program’ is designed to equip managers with everything to embrace data driven decision making.
Our modules focus on both – the skills to make data “talk to you” – spot patterns, to read and interpret numbers, build up business cases but also to tell the story in an impactful way. All modules are built up in the same way:
The content/cases of the trainings can be tailored to the client e.g. choose topics from the leadership agenda. That gives managers training in people management topics while elevating the data-driven decision skills.
In-person or virtual? Both options are possible – each module can be held as on-site training or on-line course (normally preferred as it can be flexibly stretched over 1-3 weeks depending on availability of participants and preferences). The time investment is around 1,5 days per module and participant.
All modules are independent from each other. Below you will find a short description of each module.
The main target group is managers. Some management teams just focus on one of the modules.
For corporate clients who want internal training all modules and cases can be customized to the client organization (topic- and number-wise). Please contact us for a special offer based on the number of participants and scope of the training.
Module A
“What’s the problem?. This module will make data “talk” to you. You will be able to gain relevant and applicable insights from data – identifying and understanding a problem, drawing right conclusions and asking the right questions. Additionally, we share with you the tips and tricks for leverage data as a useful tool instead of a frightening black box. Depending on your policies on the use of AI (Co-pilots, GPTs or other tools) these will be leveraged for the solution of the cases.

“How do I present the problem and the impact?”. Ever found it hard to make management or your team listen to your suggestions? In this module we will leverage the power of storytelling to bring management and your team on board. Leverage your data-based insights and learn how to craft and deliver visually supported stories – also using AI where applicable and appropriate depending on your company’s guidelines on the use of AI. Turn listeners into allies by selling your solution of a problem.
Module D
Worried about AI making wrong calls in HR? This module shows you how to stay in control while using AI tools effectively and efficiently. You will learn to spot AI bias, fix flawed advice, and turn AI output into smart action. We will also pinpoint you to remaining the essential “human filter” that ensures AI works for you, not against you.
Module E
Want to see thunderstorms before they hit? This module gives you the power to predict trends and simulate outcome without the need to be a data scientist. You will learn to read the warning signs, prepare reliable data insights and take pressure-test decisions. Become a trusted data expert and explain forecasts in a way to achieve full buy-in from business leaders and top executives.

Tired of boring charts and confusing graphs? This module transforms you into a visual storyteller who instantly captures attention in a meeting. You will turn data on complex business and people situations into clear, impactful narratives and visuals (charts, images, models). Experience how to shape compelling presentations – using both AI tools and human creativity – and how to achieve buy-in from your audience and to drive decisions.
Module G
Struggling to get buy-in for HR initiatives and change suggestions? With this module we accompany you closely on your “change management journey”, helping you to build bulletproof business cases with data that executives can’t ignore. You will experience how to map stakeholders, shift habits with smart nudges, coach teams and win commitment from managers. And how to turn initial resistance into sustainable support.
Module X
Ever wished to truly convince and impress your board? This intensive sprint turns your HR data into a compelling story and gives you the opportunity to stress-test it with top executives. You will achieve data-driven and business case founded clarity – and be board room ready in record time. Walk away with a polished presentation and a tested, launch-ready plan that speaks the business language, not HR jargon.
After the traning
“How do I get help after the training?”. The most crucial part is to transfer the training into real life. To support that we have established a coaching option (instead of “possibility”). Managers can draw on our trainers and coaches regarding very specific problems, getting a presentation right or a business case built up. It’s short interventions fostering the new knowledge and self confidence working number-driven. Especially when it’s your first time in a situation using it (the “it” is too much) a sparring partner for 30 minutes can be of invaluable help.
