This course makes you answer, “how to present a problem and its impact?”. This module is one out of 8 modules in our “Preparing HR for the new normal” program and can be taken independently or as part of the full program.

In this module you will open your eyes and unlock your creativity to the power of storytelling. Leverage your data-based insights and learn how to craft and present visually supported stories – to bring management on board and make the audience embrace your suggestions. Turn listeners into allies by selling them your solution to a problem.

Insights from data only create business impact when managers actually act. Yet with so much pressure on leaders, it can be hard to capture their attention and secure their buy-in.

This module shows you how to transform insights into clear and convincing stories, told with confidence and linked directly to financial impact. You will practice cutting through the noise, crafting a narrative arc, and using visuals that highlight — not overload — your message.

The outcome: HR stories that trigger decisions, create ownership, and drive measurable results.

Content Module C – Storytelling in HR 

Each of the modules has its own agenda, value and main purpose and can be taken all together or individually when needed. To achieve the full value we recommend starting with the basic modules A, B and C and afterwards selectively attend the ones that would best suit your needs. Each module consists of input, toolbox company cases and group work. In each group work there will be one of our coaches ready to guide the group of 2-3 participants while working.

Each module stands for itself and can if preferred be taken independently from the other modules and consists of “how to” input, toolboxes, cases work done in small group sessions.

During the group work there will be one of our coaches ready to guide you when needed. Finally, you will work individually on your specific company case with a one-to-one coaching at the end.

The modules are performed as live online courses and are kept short but efficient – to allow it to fit into your working agenda.
