Integrating financial impact in my graph on “Long term open positions”

    Dear community,
    the hot topic that I want to discuss with my management team is “Long term open positions” (I have figured out that this is really bad in those Business Areas where cross-silo applications are ignored). I have found using graphs very helpful in my presentations and story telling – however it’s inconvenient to jump between two slides – one with a graph and one with the financial impact.
    Do you have any suggestion how to combine the two?

    Hi Ralf,
    not sure if this works for you, but I have used the attached graph and it worked very well for me – I had the same problem & just combined the three aspects – long term open positions, (lack of) cross department changes and financial impact of the long time open positions (vacancies). I also tried another graph (will have to look that one up and post when found).
    What do you think?
