Live online course
“Worried about AI making the wrong calls in HR?”. This module is one out of 8 modules in our “Preparing HR for the new normal” and can be taken independently or as part of the full program.
This module shows you how to stay in control while using AI tools effectively and efficiently. You will learn to spot AI bias, fix flawed advice, and turn AI output into smart action. We will also pinpoint you to remaining the essential “human filter” that ensures AI works for you, not against you.
Managers expect HR to stay in control while using AI tools effectively and responsibly.
This module equips you to be the “human filter” that boards and employees can trust. You will learn to run structured plausibility checks, detect bias and fairness risks, and translate complex model logic into plain business language. You will also practice when to trust AI, when to challenge it, and when to escalate using clear override protocols.
The outcome: AI auguments, but the human decides.
To achieve the full value, we recommend after completing the basic modules A, B and C we strongly recommend looking at module D, E and F to get to the next level.
